The Certificate of Recognition program (COR®) is an occupational health and safety accreditation program that verifies a fully implemented safety & health program which meets national standards. The objectives of COR® are to provide industry employers with an effective safety and health management system to reduce incidents, accidents and injuries as well as their associated human and financial costs. COR® is now frequently used as a pre-qualifying and/or condition of contract by public and private project owners across Canada.

Any individual, firm, or corporation that is active in the construction industry in Saskatchewan and is primarily engaged in general contracting, sub-contracting, the manufacture and installation, or supply and installation of construction material or equipment. Full members pay the full-integrated fee. Full members have all rights and privileges including voting and ability to sit on the Board of Directors.
There are numerous benefits to membership; the most tangible to members is access to the BuildWorks hub where over 1000 bidding opportunities are posted yearly in the BuildWorks plan rooms. The RCA is the voice of the industry in lobbying and advocacy at the municipal level of government. Through our two integrated partners the Saskatchewan Construction Association and the Canadian Construction Association member interests are represented provincially and federally. Opportunity to network at the various member events is invaluable in making and maintaining business relationships.
